Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. No "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is required on our website because we do not engage in these activities.

(ii) Surcharge compliance: Yeeld provides automated calculation of credit card processing fees in accordance with card network rules and applicable state and provincial law, and processes transaction information (such as transaction amount, card type, and billing location) needed to calculate the applicable fee;

(iii) Sales tax compliance: our sales tax compliance service processes transaction and address information to calculate, report, and remit applicable sales tax;

(iv) Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand website usage. Google Analytics collects information about visitors to our site, such as pages viewed and time spent, in aggregated and pseudonymous form. For more information, see Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy;

(v) Business operations: we use Google Workspace for email and business productivity, which means communications you send to us and business records may be stored on Google's systems;

(vi) Fulfillment and other providers: providers who assist us in fulfilling and shipping orders, providing customer support, and operating our website, including website hosting, security, and content-delivery services;

(b) Shipping carriers: we share your name, shipping address, and phone number with our freight and delivery carriers in order to fulfill and deliver your order;

(b) Transaction and order records: up to seven (7) years after the transaction, consistent with tax and accounting requirements;
(c) Customer service communications: up to three (3) years after the communication;
(d) Text message records: up to three (3) years after the communication;
(e) Marketing preferences and opt-out requests: maintained indefinitely to honor your preferences;
(f) Website analytics data: up to twenty-six (26) months;
